SUMMARY

This scholarship was created in memory of Dick Malcom, our friend & colleague, as well as the Fleet Administrator for State Farm Automobile Insurance. We want to remember Dick for his impact in the Fleet Industry but mostly for his kindness to others, his ability to bring the best out in whoever crossed his path with calm and humor.
